+ Where can I buy tickets for a show near me?

Visit our tickets page for a full listing of all cities we are visiting.

+ Am I able to pay for my tickets in instalments?

Yes!  Delighted we can offer you the chance to pay up over 3 months – details on our Buy Tickets page

+ I have bought a ticket but not received a confirmation email.

Please contact the retailer you purchased your ticket from initially.  If purchased through this website site – check your spam folder init he first instance.

+ How do I get a ticket for a carer?

Please fill out our contact form and select CARER from the option

+ Will there be parking available on site?

We can not guarantee on site parking, so please check with the venue directly.  Charges may apply.

+ How can I find the retailers who are showcasing at the event?

All brands showcasing will feature on our website for 6 months post event. Make sure to check our Facebook to see images from each event and links to their shops.

+ Will there be disability access at every event?

Yes. Please inform us of this prior to the event.

+ I have special dietary requirements, how do I let you know?

Please get in touch with us at [email protected] and tell us who you are (the bookers name), the city you are coming to see the show and of course your request.

+ What are the timings of the event?

We ask that our lovely ladies (and men) arrive from 11.15am for your arrival drink before we ask you take your seat for lunch which will be 12.00am.  The event will finish at circa 3.00 / 3.30pm

+ Who will be starring at the show I am attending?

Each show will have 4 celebrities from our panel and may be subject to change at any time.  The line up will be revealed on the day!

+ What measures are in place regarding Covid?

We will be monitoring any government guidelines that may be in place.  We have put the following policy in place as a matter of course;

  • Please do not attend if you feel unwell with any of the recognised covid symptoms.
  • Be respectful of people who may still wish to observe social distancing.
  • Use the hand sanitisers located around the hotel.
+ I have paid for my tickets but have not received them or I can not find them - what do I do?

When payment is complete our system automatically emails you tickets to the email used for making your booking.  Please check you spam folder as sometimes they end up in there.  If you are not able to locate them, please email [email protected] with your order number and registered email address and we will resend them to you.
